Special gift for myself,, and for anyone who read this post (well,, officially I had a gift for my own birthday that would support my healthy life program,, and that was... a fridge!!),, and the story begun....

July, 2nd 2011.
I was at JBC (Jakarta Breast Center),, arrived at 10.30 AM (actually it was late for my appointment), but still I had to wait for my queue.

It was the first time for me to check up myself,, especially for the most important thing in woman's body,_ breast..

about 7 years ago I felt like there's something wrong on it (you know "it" refers to what..),, til now, the courage is up and I think there's no reason to delay the check up...

so,, here I came,, JBC...

finally at 11.40 AM the nurse said my name,, and I got Dr. Evert DC. Potiray for me.

He checked me up for about 15 minutes,, anddddd he said: "yes,, you should eat more vegetables, do more exercise,, and of course you have to do breast USG (USG mammae) for more result"

wowww,, it was shocking,, terrifying,, and yet relieving me..

then, I had to pay 265.000 for the administration and for the consultation,, it was worth depend on what you're willing to know...

it is so important for every woman to do self check up on breast area,, the sooner we realize the diseases the better for us to get medication earlier,, and it is important to do exercise and get a healthy life style,, stop smoking from now on (Alhamdulillah I'm not smoking woman),, eat more vegetables and fruits,, and do annually check up.

July, 15th 2011.
I scheduled for USG mammae. It was 7 PM when I arrived at Bogor Medical Center (BMC). The nurse called my name 30 minutes later. The USG took about 30 minutes,, and it was the 30 minutes longest I've ever had (-_-)'
Just like pregnancy USG, but this was for breast. Honestly, I was dying to cry at that time. I don't know why,, maybe I felt so weak without someone besides me. Moreover, the USG took a long time because the doctor couldn't find "the things" easy. Thirty minutes at that room was so hard,, saw that hospital-tool-thing frighten me up more than ghost itself.

Suddenly, I remembered one face in my head, and made me think:
"I have to finish this soon, then I will see his smiling face and bring my precious life..."
Thanks to my Bee for the courage you had always given to me, even if you weren't around, but you would always give me strength in anything.
Finally,, the doctor at BMC said that it was two spots on the left and one spot on the right that indicated tumor. I was disappointed because at JBC, Dr. Evert said there were only two spots at left side. Well,, it indicated tumor anyway. So this result must be consulted to my doctor. This USG thing took cost IDR 305.700. Maybe it's cheaper when the USG was taken at public hospitals using ASKES card. Specially for this thing, I don't want to take medication on public hospitals,, -no offense-,, it doesn't mean I underestimate those hospitals (25% yes, I do -_-),, but I didn't find a good oncologist at Bogor.

July, 18th 2011.
I had second appointment with Dr. Evert to discuss about the USG. I went to Jakarta by commuter train at 8 o'clock,, and arrived at Gondangdia station at 9 A.M. Actually, I had to stop by at cikini station because it's nearer to JBC. But I was miss the station. Then I had taxi to JBC. I said to Dr. Evert that I had three spots that indicated tumor, the the doctor checked up. He looked for the third spot on my right breast. Seemed like he couldn't find it easy, because it seemed so small. Then he said: "yes, this is the third one".
After fifteen minutes checkup, the Dr. Evert said that I have to have a small surgery to pull out the tumor. I have to!! That was relieve statement for me, I was waiting for that statement for the first time I came here to JBC.
It didn't mean that I'm hoping for the surgery,, I just wanted to leave this tumor out as soon as possible.
I had two places to do this surgery and I could choose one of them. Firstly, at JBC with Dr. Evert. And Secondly, at Kramat Hospital with Dr. Evert too. I want this surgery handled by Dr. Evert as the first doctor that checked me up. At least I trust him as a professional oncologist. Then the nurse explained about the surgery process at JBC.
The surgery at JBC will take about one to two hours. So that I didn't have to stay a day at JBC. And about the cost (which is the most important thing) consist of different price, depend on how many tumor that will be taken out. The more tumor will affect the more prices. In my case, that I have three tumor to be taken out, the price is about 18 million rupiahs.
That day, I stopped by at Kramat Hospital too. -thanks again to my Bee who spent his time for me, even if that day was a busy day for him at work-
I had tried to collect as much information as I can about this surgery at Kramat Hospital. The information man said that it took cost about fifteen million rupiahs with one day stay overnight. So, Bee and me agreed that I might will take this surgery at this hospital so that I could take a rest after the surgery.
Well,, I don't wanna bother this price thing because I just want to get well soon.
I scheduled my surgery around september 2011 after idul fitri (insyaALLAH). First, I have to do some test before the surgery, just to make sure that I had no allergic to some drugs. Such as heart pressure,, lung health,, and blood type. I will take the tests at PMI Hospital or Bogor Medical Center.

Alhamdulillah, thank GOD I have special people around me. My beloved mom who always support anything and encourage me,, my beloved dad who always try to give the best thing for me,, my beloved sister -nana- who always understand,, my beloved whole big family who cheer me up,, my beloved friends who are wondering "why you visit doctor a lot?!" and who are saying "good luck for the surgery and get well soon...",, and off course my special boyfriend who always support, accompany, understand, and everything he has done for me...
