searching for some snacks at Malang :)

As usual, this holiday means hunting day. After one month we, the moslem, do fasting, on last August it was ended with eidul fitri. As a foreigner at Bogor, I always do the same thing when Eidul Fitri comes,, we said "mudik". This time, I don't wanna miss some snack I really want on Malang, my hometown. So, I started with 'Soto Lamongan'.

hmm,, yummyy....

I love soto so much,, especially soto lamongan, and there are so many places that served this menu. I usually had those soto near from my house. Only 5,000 IDR, we're served with special soto. The ingredients are: chicken cutlet, poached eggs, noodles -yellow or white noodles-, cooked rice, celery,, and all ingredients placed into a big bowl with kerupuk ikan....
hhhhmmm,,,, still I can smell it as if it was in front of me now ;)
The next day I visited bakso bakar pak man with my mom. It located near from SMP 3 Malang. This is one of my favorite snack. The place is simple and nearly too small for the customer. But the quality will never be doubted. The main menu is Bakso Bakar. 

Especially the spicy one. Feels like those are unstoppable and I really can't stop eating!! Want it more, and more... The meatballs are so tender and tiny,, those make them so addicted. There are so many places that serve this bakso bakar menu, but I think the one which located near from SMP 3 Malang is the best in taste.
On the third day, I came to "Toko Oen" with my sister _nana_ to try the ice cream.

Well, my sister ordered 'chocolate parfait' that cost about IDR 38,000 which wasn't worth with the taste,, just ordinary chocolate I think.. But still that's original recipe since colonial era.

And I got Oen's special for me...

Well,, actually I have a great expectation about these ice cream, but the same thing came when I got the glass of ice cream. It quiet simple and ordinary...
Then, my sister and I decided to order something like a chicken burger.

after an hour chatting with my sister, then we realized that the visitors increased, so,, that was the time to take the picture...

So,, this holiday means a lot!! I need longer time, still. So many places I had not been visited because of this limited time, so I planned for the next holiday season ;)
